Your New Zealand Cruise

... arrive in style

Luxury New Zealand cruises will bring you to these Southern Pacific islands in style. Unpack once

... and relax.

Begin your luxury vacation in New Zealand

... with a luxury vacation to New Zealand.

Take advantage of the southern summer with a world cruise that takes in Hawaii, Tahiti, Fiji, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, New Zealand and Australia before moving north through Asia.

The season for New Zealand cruises is November - April and June-August. Outside these times, our geographic location in the Roaring Forties makes its presence felt...

Which luxury cruise ships visit New Zealand? Among the best in the world!

These ships from the Berlitz Cruising Top 20 list will make New Zealand cruises this season.

Crystal Serenity

Crystal Serenity

At 68,000 tons and capable of serving 1,080 guests, Crystal Serenity is Crystal Cruises' largest ship. However, like her sister ship, she maintains one of the highest space-per-guest ratios at sea, so you'll never feel crowded.

Featuring many of the same popular public spaces and amenities as Crystal Symphony, Crystal Serenity serves up innovation in the form of new dining venues like Tastes, Silk Road and The Sushi Bar.

In a Nutshell - The Crystal Cruise ships are fine-tuned, well managed and very well designed. Crystal cruises offer a stable of 3 luxury ships offering passengers pampering service, a touch of Californian glitz and award winning cuisine. The ships are big enough to offer lots of outdoor deck space, generous fitness facilities, four restaurants, six bars and super entertainment venues. Now offering luxury New Zealand cruises as part of their world tours...

Bottom Line - Crystal Cruise ships have identified a market of experienced (but perhaps not super adventurous) passengers, not necessarily experienced CRUISE passengers, and created a product that has set new standards for large luxury ships. The ship's interiors are handsome and dignified, but the real sense of luxury comes not from eye-catching architecture, but rather fine attention to detail such as the Wedgewood teacups, Riedel hand blown wine glasses, Villeroy & Boch china and goose down pillows in each cabin. Passengers are treated like adults, and every crew member is warm, friendly and genuine. Does big-ship cruising get any better than this? We don't think so...

Seabourn Spirit

Seabourn Spirit

Seabourn is an ultra luxury cruise line - the Rolls Royce of the cruise lines according to the travel industry and discerning travelers. The cruises call at classic cities as well as unusual ports of call, many only offered by Seabourn.

Their Scandinavian fleet features impeccable service (including a no tipping policy), luxurious ambiance and exciting itineraries. Seabourn has repeatedly been voted World's Best Cruise Line by Condé Nast Traveler and continues to receive awards for its levels of luxury, elegance and service.

Seabourn is a company that provides ultra-luxury cruises on small, yacht-like ships in many areas of the world and now offers luxury New Zealand cruises.

Three identical sisters, Seabourn Pride, Spirit and Legend, each one carrying just 208 fortunate travelers to the most desirable destinations on earth, in consummate comfort, elegance and ease. Luxury New Zealand cruises at their best...

Seabourn Suite

The new balconies in some Seabourn suites afford the ultimate panorama. Doors open to fresh ocean breezes - a perfect way to toast the sunset. Suites of pure luxury, measuring 277 square feet or more, are the rule aboard Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend.

Interiors are sleek and elegant, with large walk-in closets, and an ingeniously crafted coffee table that converts to a dining table for intimate meals. Select our Classic, Double or Owner's Suites for a grand voyage, your luxury New Zealand cruise.

MV Europa

MV Europa

The five-star-plus EUROPA, the first cruise ship to have been awarded five-star-plus by the Berlitz Cruise Guide, offers you pure luxury afloat.

The ship, built in 1999, accommodates only 408 passengers and is the only cruise vessel with a rating of 5+ stars in Douglas Ward's Berlitz Ocean Cruising & Cruise Ships guide. An award it has won in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.

Like the other ships in Hapag-Lloyd's fleet, it focuses on the luxury market. Most passengers are German, but in recent years the company has put increased emphasis on cruises that serve both its traditional audience and English-speaking travelers. Luxury New Zealand cruises now feature on Europa's exclusive itinerary...

Seven Seas Mariner

Seven Seas Mariner

Seven Seas Mariner is the world's first all-suite, all-balcony ship, as well as the first to offer dining by the famed Le Cordon BleuŽ of Paris in Signatures, one of four single, open-seating restaurants. Catering to only 700 guests, she is one of the most spacious cruise ships afloat, and, her staff to guest ratio of 1 to 1.6 provides the highest level of personal service in the six-star tradition of Radisson Seven Seas.

Seven Seas Mariner Suite

All suites feature private balconies, European king-size beds convertible to twins, a separate sitting area and marble-appointed bathroom with full bathtub and shower. There is a walk-in closet with safe; terry robes, hair dryer; refrigerator stocked with soft drinks; interactive TV, CD/DVD player, and bar set-up with premium liquor upon embarkation. Wheelchair-accessible and triple suites are available. A limited number of suites feature a shower stall with no tub. Penthouse B Suites and higher include Butler Service.

Regent In a Nutshell - Comfortable and stylish, Regent Seven Seas delivers passengers a complete vacation experience of quality, with well-delivered service and a good balance of food, entertainment and on-board activities. The world's first, all-suite, all-balcony, luxury cruise ships. Now offering luxury New Zealand cruises.

Bottom Line - Regent have a great product, the ships are new, stylish, comfortable and the space is lavish. The accommodations aboard are often larger than her competitors. While in the past you could expect the food offering to be a touch bland now the food aboard is universally good, with Signatures and Latitudes standing out as excellent. If you prefer larger ships, hate tipping, don't drink too much between meals, and don't need fast internet access while aboard, Regent is a top choice for your New Zealand cruises.

Silversea Suite

Aboard Silver Cloud you will find a most accommodating place to view their world. Whether it's delicious onboard diversions, world-class cuisine, memorable dining venues or staying connected from anywhere, Silversea's impeccable standards apply to every detail of your voyage.

Silversea In a Nutshell - European heritage and serious luxury, Silversea delivers a polished mid-size ship experience to a varied clientele of world travelers. Wonderful integration of fine accommodations, service and cuisine produce what should be a memorable and relaxing vacation.

Bottom Line - These all-inclusive, luxurious ships appeal to almost everyone who's demanding about food, accommodations and service. While hard to fault the accommodations, the big plus is not having to worry about bar chits and tips. The well designed, mid-size luxury vessels are very roomy and offer the popular verandas to most suites. A great choice for those who don't chase the glitz, Silversea remains a polished, six-star, winner. Now providing luxury New Zealand cruises.
