Travel to New Zealand
... air, road, rail and sea included
There are many ways to travel to New Zealand and, once you are here, many ways to get around...
We'll start with air travel. Because that's the easiest way to arrive, thought sea travel is another option.
Once here, you can fly around the country but then you miss out on all the scenery.
So we recommend driving, taking the train, or chartering a yacht.
Moving around New Zealand can be arduous at times.
- The roads are not autobahns. But because of that, they have their own charm.
- The domestic airlines are not great. But there are private jet companies to provide the service you desire.
- There is a limited rail network. But where it does go, the scenery is absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful.
- The weather can be unpredictable. But nothing beats a cruise on a luxury yacht.
Air Travel
Air travel to New Zealand is by far the simplest way to get here.
Once decided, it's just a question of, "how": commercial or private.
To help you out, we've compiled a few pages of information related to international commercial flights and the airports at which you'll need to stop-over. And we've thrown in some information about charter jets based in New Zealand as well.
